What a week on Wall Street! Crude oil prices and currency instability in Russia caused for a wild ride and considerable volatility. But in the final analysis, investors shrugged off concerns and bet on the great institution of capitalism, our economy and the stability of the US. I’m excited about our continuing economic recovery and where we can go financially as a nation, if congress can begin to work together next year as they did on the budget deal last week.
Christmas, what a wonderful time of the year! Family is so important to Christmas. I hope you have an opportunity to experience your loved ones at this time of the year and become renewed through it. Giving is so important to Christmas. I hope you have an opportunity to give in a meaningful way and to experience the joy of it. Celebration is so important at Christmas. Be sure to celebrate Jesus Christ birth and all that means for ourselves and our world.
