Happy New Year!

Greetings! I trust that this will find you well and enjoying life.

Every week here we focus on financial health, most often financial health as it relates to retirement. For a change let’s consider physical health as we begin a new year. A new year is an excellent opportunity to adjust your lifestyle for greater quality of life.

Make healthy New Year’s resolutions! Whatever your goal, be realistic about your current lifestyle and habits that may not be beneficial for you.  Pick only one or two things that you are ready, willing, and able to change. Map out goals with specific steps and be realistic.  Keep your goals obtainable with small steps for encouragement. Work hard toward your goals and reward yourself in healthy ways. Enjoy the reward of more energy and endurance, alertness and improved focus, plus the ability to resist disease. I don’t think we as a society place enough emphasis on the ability to resist disease.

I hope that 2022 is the best year yet for you and I believe that you can make it the best yet! Don’t hesitate to call us if you feel that we can support you or assist you in any way with any of your goals.

Best regards,

Jeff Christian CFP, CRPC

Setting a goal is not the main thing. It is deciding how you will go about achieving it and staying with that plan.
