Knowledge is Power

Greetings! I trust that this finds you well and enjoying life.

Someone asked me a long time ago how they could learn more about money. My response was for them to make a habit of reading the money section of the Times-Picayune every day. A lot has changed hasn’t it? We can’t get the Picayune on a daily basis any more if we want it, however we have ready access to so much more information than we used to through technology. My advice is still the same, stay in tune with the economy frequently, daily if possible. The purpose of these weekly market updates is to keep you informed on the markets and economy, thereby empowering you in your financial decision-making processes. I can’t encourage you enough to make a habit of reading these updates if you do no other economic reading each week. Over time you will begin to be in tune with the cyclical nature and ebb and flow of the economy and markets. It’s a way for you to take control of your destiny. Remember, that knowledge is power.

If you have any questions or concerns about anything related to finance don’t hesitate to call me.
