It’s not too early to begin to consider year-end tax planning. I think it’s a good idea to have a list of situations and circumstances that can have an effect on your tax filing for next year. A review at this time may help you to begin to prepare for the tax filing season early this year and it also may prompt you to think of steps you can take between now and year end to reduce your tax liability.
I will be providing year end tips to reduce tax liability but I thought the list would be a good place to start. I looked at several and I like Mainstay Investments format. It is coming by separate email for you to review, print and utilize.
